NextEra might even rejoin @NEI so it can have more intense discussions with utilities already demonstrating nuclear powered hydrogen production. Could also get some good advice from @LucidCatalyst’s seminal report on hydrogen-enabled fuels production. lucidcatalyst.com/hydrogen-report

Yes yes and yes. See this really superb @ClearPathAction and @LucidCatalyst report from this year that my colleagues and I @TheBTI reviewed. In my view it’s the best quantitative analysis of this issue (for Iowa but same idea applies) that I’ve seen. twitter.com/wang_seaver/st…

“Superhot rock and nuclear energy have high potential for scale. They have complications, and so do wind and solar. Having a portfolio of all of these technologies allows us to avoid pathway dependency.” Eric Ingersoll @TerraPraxis @LucidCatalyst

Today I had the pleasure to join @Microsoft President @BradSmi to discuss how @TerraPraxis & @Microsoft will build and deploy a set of tools to automate the design and regulatory approval needed to re-power coal - the world’s largest source of carbon emissions to zero emissions.
