most enemies CAN be kicked off ledges, or into walls to make them Vulnerable for a takedown

I doubt its a secret that I'm a fan of Anne Bonny and I love that she shows up earlier in the story, but as a stickler for the lore I'm not a huge fan of it. According to her codex page she didn't get to Nassau until 1716 and the scene she's in is set in 1715 oh and she'd be 13.

@Kangamoooo @LeoKRogue the original did do it auto, but it wouldn't always work properly tbf (he'd always pop it down stepping onto the ship, etc)

@LeoKRogue the obvious logic would be that in restricted areas, hoods are more effective, otherwise keep it off.
but then why not have edward do that automatically?

@charrlysa Qrow easily could have been the jaded “oh how little you kids know of how hard this world is” character. Instead, hes genuinely a super supportive mentor figure who doesnt look down on the younger cast for not knowing as much.

This must be studied. I'm sure part of it is how you can tell he would die for his nieces, but also the detail that he doesn't agree with the strategy of lying and keeping them in the dark to keep them safe. He respects younger people enough to be honest with them

@FNDMJesse Yang was the only one who was really mad about this, because Raven was trying to manipulate her. The rest of them were certainly surprised, but Qrow quickly dispelled any concerns about the ethics of that particular situation.

@Luminoushane Cause canonically, Atlas seems the most oddly backwards in that regard. Its been stated super early on in RWBY’s development that lgbtphobia doesnt exist. I think they backpedaled a bit, but it might just be Atlas stands out while rest of Remnant is normal.

Because it was an outlaw nation, they didn't have basic infrastructure and that was their downfall. That's a huge part of the story.

Watching Black Flag Resynced be compared with the original AC4 and it just hit me Why have I never questioned why Nassau didn’t have a proper docks in OG AC4? The pirates capital and one of the three major cities in the game had no docks but just a sand beach to park at 😭
