With Kimmel getting canned I’m seeing lots of people talking about the hypocrisy of cancel culture. To me Cancel culture is when people go out of their way to dig up old tweets, videos etc looking for dirt on somebody they don’t like in an effort to get them fired. Like if Kimmel got canceled for shit he did on the Man Show that would be cancel culture. But when a person says something that a ton of people find offensive, rude, dumb in real time and then that person is punished for it that’s not cancel culture. That is consequences for your actions

So how do we stop Zohran Mamdani from becoming mayor of New York City? Let me tell you how. I’m born and raised in NYC. Immigrant family from Greece. Nobody busted their ass harder than Greek Americans in this city, built diners, built neighborhoods, built entire communities from scratch. Look around. One of the hottest cities in America right now? Astoria, Queens. Guess who made Astoria? Greeks. Guess who still owns it? Greeks. Everybody wants to live there. Hell, Mamdani lives there. No joke, he might even be renting in one of my buildings. I don’t live in NYC anymore, but I’ve still got skin in the game. A sizable real estate portfolio, residential and commercial. So yeah, I care. Deeply. Not just financially. Personally. Historically. Because my family helped build this city. So did the Chinese in Chinatown. The Indians in Jackson Heights. The Jews…. forget about it, NYC is basically Jew City. You know what we all have in common? None of us want Mamdani running this place. We want safe streets. Opportunity. Family. Order. Not radicals playing out their academic fantasies on the backs of working people. But here’s the truth: most of us don’t vote. We complain, we argue, we shake our heads, but we don’t show up. Meanwhile, the radicals do. These are not born-and-raised New Yorkers. They’re transplants. That’s the sad truth. Many comes from other cities, small towns, and cause chaos. From Alabama. From Idaho. From Ohio. They come to NYC, broke, bitter, looking for a cult to belong to. And they find it in socialism. They organize. They vote. They march. That’s how guys like Mamdani get traction. So now what? Now we wake up. We sound the alarm. We show up. No, Adams isn’t perfect. Far from it. But he’s not a socialist. He’s not calling for chaos. He’s not pushing policies that’ll make landlords flee and families run for the suburbs. We don’t need perfect. We need a firewall. So you want to save NYC? Rally the Indians. Rally the Chinese. Rally the Jews. Rally the Greeks. Rally all the business owners. Rally the hard-working New Yorkers from every walk of life. Show up in November. Vote for Adams. Vote to keep your city from collapsing. That’s all you have to do, is show up, cause you actually don’t. Let’s not let the radicals steal it.
