@Lucolaf1 @discordspies @StanDiver that's why I agree that I would have liked this new hive guard to have been a different enemy altogether, as some people suggested. Something exclusive to either constellations or preferably a faction

The heavy pen hive guards were a nerf lowkey so this is technically a buff.

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver and they are fast, stagger and very unfun to fight. I agree with you, im using the new Missle pistol currently on bugs, to target the Brood mothers and oneshot them instandly.... they are more annoying then the spore + Pred strain together imo

@Lucolaf1 @discordspies @StanDiver the problem is the brood mothers, they spawn them en mass and then run away to spawn more, they are a pain in the ass and are definitely overtuned

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver i find the Bugs the Alpha Commander spawrns on dif. 10s WAY more annoying and bad balanced then ANY other bug in the game atm..... they are relentless and follow you over the whole map, even when u have stealth armor and they lost vision on you..... Alpha Wariors, the Red fucks..

@Lucolaf1 @discordspies @StanDiver I just think that the change was unnecessary, it fucked with multiple loadout and strategies for no real reason when the hive guard (imo) has been fine since literally launch

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver yep. i think what you complain about is that Sentrys and weapons with Med pen got less value against that front do to the HiveGuard doing it job as Guarding, but we both agree that with Aiming that is not a problem at all, do to the HP nerf. But they still have there Value there.

@Lucolaf1 @discordspies @StanDiver see this all just circles back to aiming at weak points because the liberator performs better against stalkers and broodmothers (stalkers barely have lvl 2 armor) if you aim

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver If that one bug is the whole reason u take Med pen, what do you do with Spewers, Stalkers and BroodMothers, cause your Math is affecting them aswell and making med pen not worth it in the first place. When i was playing Blitzer i also noticed, you cant kill them from infront now

@Lucolaf1 @discordspies @StanDiver I mean comparing the lib pen to the liberator that 25% damage isn't giving you more than the base 85 of the liberator, only on level 2 armor. It's a trade off that isn't as worth it when there are less enemies that the actual lvl3 penetration effects

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver dont you do more direkt dmg after the change? i think you do 100% dmg instead of the 75% when u overpenetrate compared to lightpen wenn its equal to the armor Isnt that a net benefit?

@driftingin2014 @HansOktane @discordspies @StanDiver Sadly yes... i love using it on bugs and squids. i would love to see a stagger/stun buff, so fleshmobs and Chargers not insta deleting it everytime. i LOVE the Spear change they did. that helps alot on defense missions to make the tesla work

@driftingin2014 @StanDiver About the Sentry: wouldnt you say that the Hive GUARD needed something to be good at its role to guard and not beeing shreded by every sentry tower? i do like to rip my Rpm to the highest aswell. But you stagger them basicly after you hit 2 bullets in the weakspot and they open

@Lucolaf1 @StanDiver I liked how weak they were too I just preferred the MMG being a volume of fire and not accuracy weapon on bugs and I liked sentried being able to do their job and handle chaff units

@driftingin2014 @HansOktane @discordspies @StanDiver See, i can understand that the sentrys and Tanks need a HP buff then. i can get behind that. or make them less vulnerable to durable. i personaly think the TeslaTower needs a solid buff to its survivability aswell. But the steam reviews mainly mention mechs being the problem

@Lucolaf1 @HansOktane @discordspies @StanDiver the problem was that buffing durable dmg meant that enemies would kill sentries, tanks and other vehicles faster because they didn't recieve buffs

@driftingin2014 @discordspies @StanDiver How do they underperform if they kill even quicker then before. Cause they cant penetrate the Head armor anymore?

@driftingin2014 @StanDiver I do use the LMG on bugs when i find it on the ground, if that counts as med pen. even then i had no problem on Brilliance against the (i will admit) stupidly amount of Hive guards spawrning. Like i said, they insta die if you shoot a little to the bottom left or right very fast.

@Lucolaf1 @StanDiver of course you don't understand the statement if you never bring medium pen for bugs, I mean I main light pen too but giving medium pen significantly less of a usecase isn't gonna make either of us pick it more now will it

@HansOktane @discordspies @driftingin2014 @StanDiver its the same with the durability dmg changes. The buffs to mech made them so much more tanky. I COULD understand when they complain about the tank needing compensation buffs, but GOD DAMIT they making a fuss over nothing. Have not seen the shield mech die before hes out of Amo

But the outrage just..... yikes..... the HP nerf means they are dead the moment you look at them. And its not like they are explosive resistent

@discordspies @driftingin2014 @StanDiver Why? you still kill them quicker with Med pen then before, Med pen is still good, it is very effective on almost all bugs, and even on the tanky bugs like Bile Titans/Chargers and now Hive guards you can just as quickly kill the weakspots with them. You even do overpen dmg now

@driftingin2014 @StanDiver Never understood that statement. My core build on bugs is Stallwart + Resupplypack + light pen shotgun. I do not understand where the problem is on the nerf they did to hiveguards (-150 hp) and giving the slowest enemy on that front more armor. Its just aiming for the weakspots

Ich hab mir jetzt mal diverse Videos von Charlie Kirk, den ich vorher nicht kannte, angeguckt. Er hat u.a. gesagt, dass - Rasse ein soziales Konstrukt ist und kulturelle Werte und soziale Milieus entscheidend sind, nicht Genetik, - Homosexuelle absolut willkommen sind in der konservativen Bewegung, - er als Christ Homosexualität als "Lifestyle" zwar nicht gutheißt, aber ihn eigentlich nicht interessiert, was Leute im Schlafzimmer machen, es also Wichtigeres gebe, - Staat und Kirche getrennt sein sollen und er nicht in einer Theokratie leben will, - im Job so wie im Sport allein die Leistung zählen soll, nicht die Hautfarbe, - wir miteinander immer im Gespräch bleiben sollen, weil sonst schlimme Dinge passieren, - seine persönlichen Positionen zwar christlich motiviert sind, aber mit Vernunft begründet werden müssen, - Männer eine Verantwortung gegenüber ihrer Frau und Familie haben und zu ihnen stehen sollen, - Israel ein tolles Land ist und er sich von den Juden dort immer willkommen gefühlt hat, auch wenn man die israelische Regierung kritisieren kann. Wenn ich mir dagegen anschaue, was (nicht nur linke) Medien über ihn berichten, war Charlie Kirk - Nazi - Rassist - homophob - Hassprediger - Scharfmacher - Spalter - Frauenfeind. Ich habe noch nie eine so krasse Diskrepanz gesehen zwischen dem, wer jemand tatsächlich war, und dem medialen Zerrbild von ihm. Das Einzige, worin die Medien richtig lagen: Er war Abtreibungsgegner (mein Gott, wie furchtbar). Ansonsten bin ich zu folgendem Urteil gekommen: Selbst wenn ich seine politischen Positionen nicht vollständig teile, war der Mann ein absolutes Vorbild, insbesondere in seinem Willen, die Debatte zu suchen und sowohl politischen Gegnern als auch den Radikalen aus seinem eigenen Lager in klaren ruhigen Worten immer sachlich und respektvoll seine Argumente entgegenzuhalten.
