This has nothing to do with him being foreign. It is in fact protected speech under Canadian laws. Courts have mostly always ruled in favor of freedom of speech so fighting this is very hard. I see my American friends being shocked because freedom of speech is technically absolute. :P You might not like what is being said and I don't either but changing this would mean a loss of freedoms. Some places make it a finable offense but that's about all they can do. If this was criminal, who would decide what is "wrong" to say?
