@OfficialPLT can you advise me when I will get my refund please? Was expected on the 27th but nothing! Haven’t even had an email to say it’s been processed? Just the email on the 13th sayings it’s processing!

@verynetwork hello, I send a return back via Royal Mail on the 26th Apr, can see it’s been received but have received nothing else since! No email to say you’ve got it etc! I know it says 14 days to refund but haven’t even seen an email saying you’ve got it?

@ConorScott17 @ChucklingCheese Yes like 2 DMs then nothing!! They said a production issue with one item so hence the delay but didn’t bother to tell me about the delay 🙄Only way I got a reply was on here tho they’ve ignored my email, messages on live chat and Facebook 😂

@BristolCouncil maybe if I report my street light being out here it might get fixed?? Been out since feb!! And reported online SO many times and ignored. Also the smashed bus stop and overflowing bins in St George. Absolutely state around here these days and no one cares!!
