Hi @TPExpressTrains My train has been cancelled (18:07 York to Dar) Next service is an hour away which means I’ll miss an appointment Are you doing ticket acceptance? Lots of other services that depart York before 7pm going to my destination.

@LucyClapham Hello Clappers, apologies for the cancellation, the 17:07 service is showing as delayed but doesn't say how long it is delayed for. Your ticket will also be valid on the 17:33 Cross Country service as we have ticket acceptance in place. ^Kim
