@benpopemusic @bookingcom Good luck with that, Ben. It took me over 4 months (and endless hours wasted on the phone/online chat) to get a refund from booking.com. In the end I had to go via my bank and use section 75. I will never use booking.com again.

Hi @bookingcom I’ve been waiting for weeks for refunded costs after hotel-approved refunds. You’re sitting on the money despite me repeated requests to customer services & being assured it’s in process. Radio silence. Refunding hotels warned this might happen. Sort it out please.
