There’s no proud reflection when the country is a shadow of what it was 30 years ago, our once World Class Cities have turned into stinky slums that are overcrowded with illegal activities, counterfeit goods, illegal immigrants.
Just yesterday we learned from a Ghanaian Asylum Seeker that South Africa offers asylum to people on the basis of them not getting along with their family. We also learned that a visitor where a person stays in the country for 24 years gives them a right to demand that SAPS be their personal bodyguards instead of them being deported and banned from the country.

Dear Fellow South African,
As we mark 30 years this month since the adoption of our country’s constitution, we can reflect with pride on political culture we have built as a nation – a culture that is robust, participatory, continuously evolving and firmly anchored in the democratic values we hold dearly.

The ANC once represented hope, courage and liberation. Today, it has become the chief enabler of authoritarian decay in Southern Africa.
It turns a blind eye when Zimbabweans are brutalised, when elections are manipulated, when opposition voices are silenced, and when state institutions are weaponised against citizens, but it lectures the world about justice and human rights, yet remains deafeningly silent about the suffering happening right next door.
This is why many of us maintain that Southern Africa will never truly move forward while the ANC continues to prop up regimes like ZANU-PF and FRELIMO. Liberation movements that once inspired the continent have become obstacles to modern liberation. They have traded principle for patronage, accountability for comradeship, and the people for political survival.
It buffles me that, the ANC found its moral voice when speaking about conflicts thousands of kilometres away, yet loses that voice entirely when confronted with state failure, political violence and human suffering in Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Why? Because condemning distant injustices is politically convenient. Confronting allies would require courage and integrity.
History will remember that the ANC was once the symbol of liberation. But history may also remember that, at a critical moment for Southern Africa, IT BECAME THE SHIELD PROTECTING THE VERY SYSEMS KEEING THE REGION TRAPED IN DECLINE.

It is embarrassing for Zimbabwe’s Foreign Minister, Dr Amon Murwira, to deny that there is an immigration crisis in Southern Africa and in South Africa.
This is why I have said to the African National Congress that it created this monster and continues to nurture it when it defends the failed governance in Zimbabwe by ZANUPF.
The foreign minister said this on Friday in South Africa at the Southern African Development Community foreign ministers’ meeting.
You cannot be a Zimbabwean cabinet minister and deny that there is an immigration crisis when more than 50% of women giving birth at Musina Hospital in Limpopo are from your country, Zimbabwe.
It is irresponsible leadership, which shows that you have no intention of fixing the root causes of this perennial crisis caused by corrupt rule, rigging of elections and failed policies.
There is an immigration crisis, and one only has to look at the numbers of Zimbabweans going into South Africa versus the number of South Africans going into Zimbabwe to live. That is how net migration is defined. The minister, who was a university professor, knows this. He is just choosing to be arrogant and obtuse about it.
But this should be yet another wake-up call to the ANC that they are defending a system that is now creating problems for themselves. Why? Because the ANC gets kickbacks from ZANUPF. Southern Africa needs a South Africa led by men and women who have spine, are incorruptible, and are ready to do what leaders are supposed to do.
As for Dr Amon Murwira, a government that creates policies which force millions of its citizens to leave the country can never pretend that there is no immigration crisis.
There is no longer just an immigration crisis, there is also a leadership crisis in both countries, one that has allowed immigration to become the central political issue in South Africa instead of economic transformation, job creation and prosperity.
The main threat facing Southern Africa now is the immigration crisis authored in Harare and Maputo, and sadly the authors are defended at every turn by the African National Congress using the nostalgia of battles won 32 years ago in South Africa, 46 years ago in Harare and 51 years ago in Maputo.
The immigration crisis is being driven by bad governance in Harare and Maputo. That is why there are no major immigration tensions involving Botswana or Namibia. People vote with their feet, and when millions leave their countries in search of survival, dignity and opportunity elsewhere, it is an indictment of the governments they are fleeing from.

@MbalulaFikile Fikili you are not even concerned when dynamite and weapons get smuggled into our country, how dare you talk about law enforcement, you are so fast asleep it is scary to see

[WATCH] IMMIGRATION CHALLENGES
As the ANC when it comes to the issues of immigration we support the rule of law and that it must dictate what must actually happen. People can’t take the law onto their hands because we have laws and we not a banana republic. The state must intervene and we will reflect as the NEC on the way forward and will come out with a comprehensive response.
We are a constitutional democracy and everyone has a right to protest within the perimeters of the law. We can’t have vigilantism and the state must take the lead.

🚨 BREAKING: LIMPOPO POLICE BUST HUMAN TRAFFICKING RING! 🚨
Five young men are safe tonight after an elite, intelligence-driven police raid smashed open a terrifying kidnapping syndicate in Levubu!
Here is the shocking reality of what went down:
■ A local spaza shop in Valdezia Mambedi Village was used to hide a dark, criminal operation.
■ Cops pushed past a locked door to find five traumatised victims (aged 18–24) huddled inside.
■ Abducted separately in Giyani, they were thrown into a truck and held hostage for 12 brutal days.
■ Surviving on just scraps of bread, they were repeatedly assaulted while captors terrorised their families for ransom cash.
■ Officers seized illicit cigarettes, phones, and cash, slapping handcuffs on two suspects.
🚨 Ethiopian nationals Misganu Gethchwe (24) and Teshal Tumebo (20) have already dragged their feet into court facing charges of kidnapping, money laundering, and possession of illicit goods.
Two dangerous suspects managed to escape and are currently running from the law.
Huge respect to the SAPS team who followed the clues and brought these young men home alive. Let’s get these remaining two behind bars where they belong!

@IanCameron23 Let’s get the NPA to also do stats every 3 months on prosecutions for each of these sub sections. That should be rather revealing I would guess…
English

Here is a basic summary of what the crime stats of today mean practically:

That is 1 727 per month, 58 per day, 2.4 per hour.
• Rape: 9 782 reported rapes in three months
That is 3 261 per month, 109 per day, 4.53 per hour.
• Sexual offences: 12 590 reported cases in three months
That is 4 197 per month, 140 per day, 5.83 per hour.
• Assault GBH: 43 576 cases in three months
That is 14 525 per month, 484 per day, 20.17 per hour.

R6.4 BILLION in irregular expenditure written off in just 24 months… and South Africans are once again told “processes are being improved.”
At some point, the words “irregular expenditure” stop sounding like accounting terms and start sounding like normal government culture.
The scary part?
Most citizens will never see accountability.
Just another report, another committee, another promise.
Meanwhile, service delivery keeps collapsing while taxpayers carry the bill.

This young innocent hardworking beautiful lady who spent years at university studying for her pharmacy degree, worked hard to become successful and finally opened her own pharmacy in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal last week.
Less than seven days after opening the business to help the KwaNyuswa community access medication closer to home, armed thugs allegedly stormed into the pharmacy and shot her dead along with her cashier during a robbery attack.
A security guard who reportedly tried to intervene was also shot and rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
The tragic incident has left many people heartbroken, as the young woman had sacrificed years of hard work to achieve her dream of owning a pharmacy and serving her community.

A WARNING TO GOVT. ⚠️⚠️⛔️⛔️🚷🚷
🔹️The 2019 Insurrection was supposed to have been a stern message & warning to Govt. that if the country burn from left right & centre, our Govt. doesn't have enough resources & capacity to extinguish the fires and it is therefore imperative for Govt. to have set up Committees which our President specializes in this field to be EMS Forces to tackle Youth Issues & concerns since that moment going forward.
🔹️There seems to be an underground mission from Youth to deal with all illegal foreigners across South Africa because there has been a warning circulating since the 1st of May 2026 WARNING ILLEGAL FOREIGNERS to leave the country Voluntarily by the 30th of June 2026
🔹️This comes after youth has been sending memorandums & Memorandums to @Government to deport all illegal foreigners from the country in order to have a breathing moment from competing with people who will unfairly take any job for any amount just because they just wanna to sleep with food in their stomach & send money home whilst South Africans starve because of exclusion from the economic system in their own country. This was not even supposed to be an outcry from Youth but had a Capable Government @OUR_DA @HomeAffairsSA @Leon_Schreib exercised its power as contemplated in the Constitutional Laws Act No.13 of 2002 about how to deal with illegal foreigners up until point of deportation.
🔹️The current Govt. Of #GNU is also making things difficult by not showing compassion to the outcry of over 50% of our youth unemployed & frustrated with formal qualifications whilst every Private Sector & Govt. itself wants WORK EXPERIENCE when they have been sitting at home for more than 5years since they qualified in tertiary education, however all the various nationalities come into the country & get grafted with good jobs without background history checks of such work experience from abroad.
🔹️The same #GNU Govt. calls Native South Africans names like - Lazy, Want to be spoon fed, Xenophobic, Vigilantes & Jealous of illegal foreigners instead of showing support to their own Citizens whom voted for them to be in power the likes of ANC, EFF & PA with no exclusions on DA. Hence the people of this country feels they are being sold out.
GOVT., DON'T TAKE THIS WARNING LIGHTLY - IT MIGHT JUST BLOW UP IN YOUR FACE & I will at that moment follow Moeletsi Mbeki's words & those of Prince Mashele that the Govt. through the office of the @Presidency @CyrilRamaphosa has long ignored a ticking time boom ( Youth Outcries ) awaiting to blow up in your faces 💥💥💥
