This is demonstrably untrue. As our military leaders understand clearly, communst-ruled China is engaged in low-level warfare against the United States, its interests and its allies. The CCP ideology of Marxism-Leninism with Chinese characteristics views China as locked in a death struggle with the leader of world capitalism.
