🗳️🇨🇴 A Polymarket trader had to explain this to the Colombian opposition. Embarrassing. 🐾 The Colombian Presidency scores 41/100 in institutional trust. Dead last. Below Congress. Below every single institution in the country. Colombians already know the system is broken. They don’t need another press conference about it. The anti-establishment lane is wide open. 4% trust political parties. 4%. That’s Abelardo’s entire pitch sitting there unclaimed!! Instead he’s in the mud with Petro, scandal by scandal, press conference by press conference. That’s exactly the trap Petro wants him in. Every time Abelardo talks corruption, Petro controls the news cycle. Abelardo has the biggest anti-establishment opportunity in Colombian politics in decades. He’s leaving it on the table to fight a battle that was already won before it started 😅🤦🏻‍♂️ 56 days left. Still time

Regular sauna use is linked to a 50% lower risk of dying from heart disease. Here is exactly how it works & how to use it to get these benefits: A 20-year study tracked 1000s of Finnish men over their lifetimes. The ones who used a sauna 4-7 times per week had: - 50% lower fatal heart disease risk - Lower stroke risk - Lower blood pressure - Lower dementia risk - Lower all-cause mortality (This is two decades of real research data, not data from a sauna company) Here's what's actually happening inside your body: 1. Heat stress trains your cardiovascular system the same way cardio does (stronger heart, more flexible vessels) 2. Regular sauna lowers the chronic inflammation linked to heart disease, cancer, and accelerated aging. 3. Cortisol drops. Sleep improves. Your nervous system actually recovers. 4. Vessels dilate – oxygen delivery improves across every tissue in your body. (Like cold exposure, a small stress helps your body adapt and become stronger) Now here's the protocol that actually gets results: Beginner: 5--10 minutes per session, 2--3x per week to start. Advanced: 15--20 minutes, 4--7x per week for maximum benefit. Traditional sauna: 150--190°F. Infrared: 120--140°F. Both work. always hydrate before and after + add electrolytes if you're sweating heavily. Never drink alcohol beforehand -- serious dehydration risk. Many of you will ask about timing & that depends on your goal: 1. Evening: for deeper sleep and recovery 2. Post-workout: for muscle recovery 3. Morning: for a short energy boost Stop if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable. A sauna should feel relaxing – not like a punishment. PS. the sauna might not be a magic pill but it can be the cheapest longevity tool most people are ignoring. educational purposes only. not medical advice.
Joe Rogan Podcast News@joeroganhq

Joe Rogan: "If you do the sauna 4x per week for 20 minutes at 175 degrees it’s a 40% decrease in all cause mortality… It’s great for reduction in inflammation & increase in red blood cells."

Milei won Argentina with less than 10% of his messaging focused on Kirchner's corruption. Everyone knew they were corrupt. He didn't need to repeat it. He fought on ideology. He reframed the entire cultural debate. He took words like 'zurdos de mierda' and 'chorros' and weaponized them. He made the left defend their ideas, not their scandals. Cast did the same in Chile. The battle was never prosecutorial. It was always ideological and cultural

To the Petristas in my mentions: I don’t care about Colombian politics. I care about mispriced probabilities. If the data favored Cepeda, I’d be long Cepeda. If at any point the numbers shift convincingly in his direction, I’ll update my position. That’s how this works. I’ve spent months studying this election, It’s one of my largest bets of the year. I don’t do this lightly. If I’m wrong, the market will tell me. And I’ll pay for it.

🇨🇴🗳️ The Colombian pollster with $14B Pesos in government contracts just confirmed a video showing them filtering out Petro critics. They called it a ‘technical methodology.’ I’m done giving any significance to their numbers. At least during this cycle.

The neobank problem with building using only USD stablecoin onramps is that you force every other currency to marry a single FX rate to “enter web3.” It’s an unnecessary hurdle. Instead: onramp 1:1 to a local stablecoin and then orchestrate the best onchain FX. Who is building this?

I deeply relate to this. @alliance has some of the best minds on Earth in every batch. When we got in with my co-founder @degen_wes, I was intimidated by the sheer brilliance of several teams and the mentors. At least Wesley is also smart af. I felt way out of my league (still do). But they allowed us to transmit our vision and worked with us on making it a viable business. Alliance changed my life because they saw my non-technical talent and took the time to understand why we were so deeply passionate about Zabio.com, beyond tech or fancy degrees or amazing professional experience (which are all incredible tools in their own right!). If you learn to communicate your passion, charisma is a natural byproduct. Yet another reason why Alliance is the GOAT.

You have no experience. You’ve never started a company. You’ve never had a full time job. Nike is going to kill you. You’re a kid. You don’t have technical skills. You shouldn’t build hardware. Apple is going to kill you. You can’t build hardware. You can’t measure heart rate non-invasively. Athletes don’t care about recovery. Under Armour is going to kill you. It won’t be accurate. You don’t listen. You’re an ineffective leader. You can’t recruit great talent. You’re going to have to pay every athlete. You can’t measure sleep non-invasively. It’s too expensive to research. Athletes are a small market. The product costs too much to make. The product costs too much to sell. Your valuation is too high. Consumers aren’t going to want it. Hardware is too hard. You should measure steps. Fitbit is going to kill you. You can’t build a marketing engine. You can’t raise enough money. You need a real CEO. Google is going to kill you. You can’t be a subscription. You can’t build a brand. You can’t do consumer in Boston. Your valuation is too high. You shouldn’t make accessories. You shouldn’t make apparel. Lululemon is going to kill you. You can’t predict Covid. Stay in your niche. You are going to run out of money. You can’t build a health platform. Amazon is going to kill you. You can’t measure blood pressure. You can’t get medical approvals. The market is too small. You don’t understand AI. The market is too competitive. It won’t work internationally. The supply chain is too complicated. You can’t build an AI. You can’t raise enough money. It’s too competitive. Healthcare isn’t going to want it. … Just keep going ✌️

The older I get, the more I realize intelligence is overrated. Intelligent people are more likely to overthink, overplan, and overanalyze. They hide behind motion that doesn't create progress. They fear the judgment of others if they're proven wrong. The truth is that intelligence is abundant. Courage is not. The people you admire are the ones who had the courage to act. They aren’t more talented than you. They aren’t smarter than you. They just took action when you didn’t. I often wonder how many extraordinary people wasted their entire lives waiting for permission that never came. Permission isn't granted. It's taken. You get to tap yourself in whenever you want. You can just do things. Courage beats intelligence.
