Bitcoin holding key support, not random. Very positive that Bitcoin bounced at $74,500. Support from April 2025, is $74,500 to $76,000.

Strive can add a huge chunk to their Bitcoin hoard before the daily dividends even begin. SATA is already doing an estimated 225 BTC/day through ATM issuance on Friday. Volume jumped 25% that same day, from 434,957 to 543,741. If that same increase linearly ramps into the ex-div window, Strive could acquire roughly 2,300 more BTC from SATA alone. No ASST issuance. Just the 13% daily-dividend preferred security quietly turning yield goblins into Bitcoin acquisition drones. At that pace, Strive’s treasury goes from 15,009 BTC to ~17,300 BTC, a 15%+ BTC stack increase before the market even understands what daily dividends are gonna do. We'll see what actually happens... but I suspect the market will pile in to anticipate the daily dividends. If Bitcoin goes up in the next month you will see a huge move in ASST. Adding outstanding SATA = LATENT AMPLIFIED MOVE... just gotta wait for Bitcoin to do what it always does.

Strategy is about to retire $1.5 billion of convertible notes. THE DEBT IS GOING AWAY. This is one of the criteria listed by S&P Global for a potential higher credit rating. "Strategy expects to fund the Repurchases with available cash reserves, proceeds from sales of securities under its at-the-market offering program, and/or proceeds from the sale of bitcoin. The Repurchases are expected to settle on or about May 19, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions."

By now it is 100% clear that Saylor has won and MSTR + STRC derangement syndrome are going to be setting in BIG TIME. This will only take further hold as the Bitcoin hoard grows and more capital flows to Strategy. You will now see that any objectors have to ignore the pristine monetary properties of Bitcoin and what they entail for the future of finance, map their own philosophical purity onto Nasdaq-listed company capital management, ignore any and all nuance to what is said by management, hyper-fixate on semantics, pearl-clutch for "misled" retail investors, or be a 70 IQ great taking doomer boomer whining about uncoerced public company shareholders buying Bitcoin in a free market. It is gonna get ROUGH out there for the TradFi ghouls and bears. They are NOT going to go gentle into the good night. They will be weeping, gnawing, and LASHING the entire way to the ORANGE SINGULARITY.

@luisgarcia It might. Not financial advice. But I see us comfortably over $80,000 within the next 1 to 6 weeks.

Once Bitcoin stabilizes over $80,000, many people on the sidelines are going to start questioning the 4-year cycle and whether the low is already in. Plenty will begin to buy back in, driving the price closer to $90,000, and then a reflexive surge takes us back to $100,000. From there, it's game on again. True cycle peak sometime in 2027.

The artist (@KeeganHall) provided context on Reddit: • Spent 6+ months working on it • Estimates 600-800+ total hours • Worked on it 6-7 days each week • Uses a Pentel Graphgear mechanical pencil Hall says this piece was incredibly challenging because so much detail went into such a small area. For context, the original is smaller than 30x22, so each face in the crowd is essentially a quarter of the size of a fingernail. This is the second piece he has done for Rory.
