As much as I agree with this, all the fans would need is a random screenshot every so often. Could simply be a shot of Jason or Lucia. Not even an important shot, just them sitting somewhere and fans would go crazy. The unnecessary silence is what makes fans on edge. It can be soothed with a random screenshot. Heck they could have sent 1 screenshot a month from the 70 they released and we would still be happy. But they did a huge drop and went silent for a year.

@RockstarGames R* latest quality product went out in 2018 (RDR2). Since, we had GTA defective edition, a not so good RDO, and GTAO updates that are getting worse every year. Is the community supposed to accept all of this? Keep hoping and waiting for a game they don’t ever bother teasing?

Rockstar’s silence around GTA 6 is starting to hurt the hype more than build it. Nobody expects constant trailers, but this close to launch, you’d think we’d at least get screenshots, artwork, or even a simple update saying development is going smoothly. It is super frustrating

@_Tom_Henderson_ @LankManDan That would be inconsiderate and arrogant. Communication and teasing wouldn’t even cost them very much. All this GTA 6 journey is starting to feel sour imo. Hope to be proven wrong in the next few days

@LankManDan Because in 6 months, none of it will matter and they wouldn't have sold 1 copy less because they decided not to share anything yet.

I don't know why Rockstar feels the need to be so secretive and distant from the community. It would be so easy for them to release a piece of art from GTA VI with a statement saying that development is going smoothly. That alone would satisfy most people for months but they seem to think that giving us nothing is better. No clue why.

@NikTek the insurmountable amount of pressure on GTA 6 can't be understated, there is no room for error. If they don't nail this they could potentially kill or damage their golden goose of GTA Online, they have to nail all aspects. The trailer is coming very soon, don't worry

@LuisLopezInGTA6 It’s not my job to treat you like a child. If you can’t formulate your own opinions or understand what I mean when I say that nothing is guaranteed then that’s your problem.

The Best Buy pre-orders debacle took a lot of attention away from tomorrow. I understand that a lot of you are feeling quite pessimistic about GTA 6 right now (understandably so), but there’s actually quite a strong case for Trailer 3. — It’s exactly 6 months before launch. — It’s the final Tuesday before Take-Two’s earnings call. — Rockstar still has Trailer 2 pinned to their social media, which still displays May 26th — the launch date prior to the delay. They might want to update this to reflect the actual release date of November 19th. As always, nothing is guaranteed. I do think that it’s worth keeping an eye on though, and I personally will be keeping heavy tabs on Rockstar’s activity tomorrow.

So, I want to make sure I understand the “opposition” if you will to the Best Buy GTA VI pre order email. They had to enter a specific pre order date range for that campaign, they had to include the GTA VI art on it, they had to make sure it goes to a certain customer base, this literally caused the stock to soar for Take- Two, neither Best Buy nor the agency have come out to make any statements about it to say this is not accurate, etc, and it is the week of Take- Two earnings call. So all of that has to be I guess false? Sometimes the most logical answer, is the answer. They sent the email out early, whether accident or “calculated accident.” Because here is what will happen if Take Two does not do or say anything tomorrow. That Take Two stock will plummet right before Strauss Zelnick holds the earnings call. So, I would be Floored if they do not open the pre orders tomorrow for GTA VI. In the meantime, get some air and exercise a little. It is great for you!
