The target audience is Everyone. I suggest you look into the topic. Gaming on Snapdragon is truly an amazing feat of both hardware and software engineering. The fact you can run modern day triple A titles at less than 15W, 30 fps, we're talking: God of War, Spiderman etc is truly amazing. Just the fact you can run Windows games via translation on Arm and Android should blow everyone's mind. So Hardware Canucks, go and do your research.
