Later the studios wonder why it’s not a hit - because of decisions like that. Every released clip of this movie is worse than previous one and doesn’t encourage to go to theater

Trybunał Konstytucyjny orzekł, że Prezydent RP nie ma bezwzględnego obowiązku odebrania ślubowania od osoby wybranej na stanowisko sędziego TK (potwierdzając w ten sposób to co powtarzam od dawna)‼️ Sędzia sprawozdawca w motywach ustnych powiedział właśnie, że wymóg złożenia ślubowania „wobec Prezydenta” oznacza, że musi on być fizycznie obecny oraz że ma to się stać w miejscu i czasie określonym przez głowę państwa. Nie ma możliwości przeprowadzenia ślubowania w inny sposób, ponieważ obecność prezydenta ma w tym wypadku charakter stanowiący. Causa finita!

@srkntnyldz There never should be age limit to determine culpability and consequences of a crime. Kids often are fully aware of the age limits and commit atrocious crimes knowing they will get minimal punishment. If some kid knowingly committed crime, he/she should be sentenced as any other

Yargıç yaşı nedeniyle biraz düşünse bile işlenen suçun vahşetinin ağır bastığını söyleyerek üvey abiyi yetişkin olarak yargılama kararı aldı. Bugün bile kararı eleştirip, “O bir Çocuktu” diye savunanlar var. Sizce bu ceza adil mi, yoksa rehabilitasyon şansı verilmeli mi?
