@3kliksphilip sorry, but i don't enjoy the prices shooting up by 10x and please don't say "it's not related" it is related. they are using gen ai that will continue to exponentially wipe out the market. the next step they will attempt is to force people to stop owning hardware. mark my words.

Such a shame to see the tech space become so radically polarised. I've been receiving hate mail all evening simply for covering DLSS 5. It's blatantly obvious it has incredible potential and is one of the most exciting developments in recent years (and there's been fierce competition for that spot). Incredibly short-sighted for people to dismiss it for minor and misinformed points, and to turn any discourse about it into a witchhunt. The tech community deserves better.

@DattosDestiny I miss when Destiny was a shooter. If I don’t have an ultra optimized build for max ability uptime then you’re straight up useless in difficult endgame content. Makes the loot chase much less significant as well.

@DattosDestiny Edge of Fate was stronger than Renegades. Better campaign, better narrative, better endgame, more significant sandbox updates. People just have a hate-boner for the portal which really doesn’t have anything to do with EoF.

@PaulTassi Using our fave perks on guns is fun. The value of playing with neat guns exceeds the fleeting joy of a pleasant surprise of getting a gun with those same perks. More people with the raddest perk combos is better than fewer.

The tier system should have ended at Tier 4 where you have a very rare chance of getting a Tier 5

I definitely think the rule should be no Bungie Dev influence until contest is over. I just think getting strategies from people who have been limit testing the raid for a long period of time kinda ruins the contest experience

@SaltagreppoD2 I was broad brushing, for sure, and no hate to you contest demons. I get how having normal mode available can impact placements, or ruin the experience if someone catches some information while trying to do contest blind. Normies just want to time to get in their runs to.

I see the benefits of this for casuals and I don’t mind this tbh but it should not be on completion. Do it like 3 hours after completion or idk after 24 hours. Would be lame to have another SE where the gap is that big and teams go learn strats in normal.

@mossy_max What about rockets with bipod? You were reducing rocket damage but gaining another in the mag and a substantially increased inventory. Seems like this will kill bipod rockets

THREAD: Confirmation of something I saw in preview footage: The Ammo Generation stat is REPLACING the Inventory Size stat, and all ammo reserves are being standardized per weapon frame! Perks that boosted reserves, like Air Trigger or Enh. EnvArse, instead boost Ammo Generation

This also makes me realize that they wanted this Dungeon to be a complete joke damage wise, cause if this bug wasn't there Shriekers would have just fallen over. Final Boss has 0 HPs and you can Duo it with 1 person on Div LOL. Sad to see after how well balanced Vesper's was.
