I know the assassination is a hot topic right now, and im very much on the side of firing squad for the guy. But I am having some issues with a few of the charges. Why do prosecutors always stack charges that are legal rights and say its now a crime. He should not be charged with a crime for interstate travel with a firearm. That is a legal right, not a crime. Charge him for the crimes. Attempted murder, assault and battery, Attempted assassination of political officials.

They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots. When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but four times. And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy.
