Juventus seem to have a good atmosphere around the team. Such a diverse team and this coming summer is crucial to really retain/cut/gain the quality required to be a regular title force again. Really entertaining team, in great hands under Spalletti. One to watch.

There's no such thing as philosophy. The coaching courses deliver the same syllabus, broken down in how you implement it answering to evidence based actionable ways A player with space in front needs to carry until he can draw a defender and pass the ball. A defender 1v2 needs to delay wait for support There's too much fan fiction, and too many people are complicit to empower agents to force flawed players and coaches into "systems" to scam opportunities

Andre , Joao Gomes and Mane all been a great watch for Wolves on the ball. Armstrong took his goal well. The hybrid of different types of footballing traits, cultures at show here make it such a great watch from both sides. All boils down to intensity in all actions. So good.

Great goal from a great cross. My favourite quality about certain fb’s; the ability to cross with both feet from different angles. Key for ‘disguising’ ideas and catching backlines out.

Unironically the best game so far i’ve watched this weekend. Good tempo and energy to it with both teams playing good football. These type of games are always hidden gems.

@Lukek2004460 Said something of the same. Think it comes from both teams having little to lose. Can play with a freedom and enjoyment (whilst being disciplined as Warnock would say 😂)

What kind of football did you watch in the past? Because my memory is that Germany had Schweinsteiger and Podolski as wingers 15 years ago. Italy won 2006 with Perotta and Camoranesi on the wings. England regularly played guys like Walcott or Downing. Huh?

Luka Modrić running the show in a Milan Derby at 40 years old is one of those life anomalies that you have to sit back, absorb and let it inspire you. Wow.

Great tackle but Hincapié makes me nervous. Feels like watching a dog drive your car perfectly. They’re driving perfectly. But they’re still a dog

Gianluigi Buffon: "For twenty years we've been ashamed of who we are. For twenty years, I’ve felt like we have to play like Spain—we’ve abandoned our history. And because of that, talent has disappeared. Players like Ciro Ferrara, Fabio Cannavaro... today we’d be embarrassed to put them on the pitch! Chiellini wouldn’t play today because he doesn’t play line-breaking passes! You watch Barcelona and pay for a ticket, but thinking we can play with a high line in midfield for ninety minutes..." "Italy’s historic matches were built on defending to the death, on team containment, on the cohesion of the result. Now it seems like we’re uncomfortable with that—otherwise, we won’t be accepted into football's high society. I want to go out there to try and win, and there’s no shame in doing it with your own strengths."

Milan having Fullkrug as a wall 9 with any of Leao/Jashari/Rabiot/Pulisic/RLC playing into/off him😍 Gives Milan another dimension in the final third. Much needed since the absence of Gimenez to hold the ball up, to a much better level imo too. Such a nuisance for defenders.
