#Alireza_sepahi , a 25-year-old political prisoner, was reportedly scheduled to be executed at dawn on Tuesday alongside his cousin, Abolfazl Sepahi, and AmirHossein Safari in connection with the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan.
According to reports, Alireza suffered a heart attack before the execution and is now hospitalized under heavy security at Alzahra Hospital in Isfahan.
