If you can't talk about why black people commit more crimes, then no solutions will be found, and they will continue to commit more crimes.
If you care about crime then you must be willing to discuss problems.
Every group of people will have problems.
If you care about rape, stop immigration from most 3rd world countries until some minimum standards that must be met for immigration (and refugees) are set.
If you care about violence and murder, then more black people need to be in prison. Once the levels of violence is manageable, start addressing some root causes: single parent households are probably the biggest one.
