Dear IDFC bank, Your telecaller agent named on Truecaller as Rukhsar ansari. Is calling my ex employer colleagues and harassing them, asking for my manager pH number ? And my personal details. Is it allowed as per RBI guidelines ? Is this how you treat your genuine customer.
