@DoubleTree During my stay, I reported a missing personal item from my room and asked the hotel for help, documentation, and a proper explanation of what had been checked. Unfortunately, the response from the Duty Manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional.

@AirbnbHelp 4. Customer support handling? – I opened several support cases, but the replies kept bouncing me around: “listing problem”, “try another card”, “just create a new account”. No agent could provide a specific technical reason or backend check result, nor a real solution.

@AirbnbHelp Been using Airbnb user for 12 years. 3 days ago, my account has suddenly been unable to complete any new booking. I opened several support cases, but the replies kept bouncing me around: “listing problem”, “try another card”, “just create a new account”. No agent provide solution

@AirbnbHelp 3. Bank card issue? – All three issuing banks confirmed that my cards are in good standing and that no transaction from Airbnb was blocked. I also changed payment methods (direct card + Apple Pay), all failed.

@AirbnbHelp 1. Listing issue? – I asked a friend to use his account to book one of the listings I failed on, and it succeeded immediately. This confirms the listing is normal. 2. Account issue? – Multiple customer support agents confirmed that my account completed verification in 2019

@AirbnbHelp I tried to book 4 different listings, using 3 different credit cards (all support international payments with sufficient credit), and tried both direct credit card payment and Apple Pay. Every time, right after completing the payment, the booking was automatically cancelled
