@drdavidajames @Samfr There is also a huge pool of mature graduates who can't afford the cost or time of the training. And they have the benefit of life experience not just subject knowledge.

@Samfr Why not allow state schools to do what Ind schools do and recruit graduates who don't have teaching qualifications. If they have the knowledge base schools can train them on the job.

A big Thursday 'in night' for the @KSBBlackfordHse boys. The Headmaster joined us for roll call and distributed the many Commendations that the boys had been awarded. After second prep the boys enjoyed a cold game of Searchlight followed by hot dogs and a can. Great fun!
