Fun fact: Milwaukee is a national leader in office conversions. Since 2015, over 1.5 million SF of office space has been converted to roughly 900 apts & 520 hotel rooms. For scale, this represents 7% (🤯) of CBD inventory. Stay tuned - 1.4 million SF more could be on the way.

@JeremyLFojut Can confirm, although not out of a lack of desire/effort. In fact, even when we pushed clients to consider Westown, we were typically met with resistance. It's been a long journey to this point, but it has been well worth the fight. Kudos to all those who have been in the ring!

8 years ago when we first started building the Night Market no broker / developer said Westown was the hot market. In fact I heard a lot of no’s and why there. Or move it to eastown. 8 years later it’s my how things have changed! So awesome to see.
