For the first time in 70 years the UN broke from consensus for the global reaffirmation of women’s rights. 37 Nations in favor & 1 against. Of course that one against the reaffirmation of women’s rights was the United States because of language that included:
-diversity, equity & inclusion
-the effects of climate change on women
- regulations for AI
-the definition of gender
- the reproductive health rights of women&girls
Don’t ever try to tell me this administration cares about women & girls.

Goldman Sachs confirms Hormuz oil flows have collapsed from 19.5 million barrels per day to 0.5 million. Net disruption after pipeline rerouting: 17.2 million barrels per day offline. Two independent vessel trackers recorded zero oil tankers crossing the Strait on 12 March. The largest energy chokepoint on Earth is not closed by a navy. It is closed by a spreadsheet. Seven major P&I clubs cancelled war-risk coverage for the Persian Gulf effective 5th March under Solvency II protocols. Premiums for remaining voyage cover surged 300 to 1,000%, reaching 1% of hull value: $2 to $3 million per VLCC on a seven-day renewable basis. The $20 billion DFC reinsurance facility backed by Chubb has limited uptake because it excludes full P&I liability. Lloyd’s still offers single-voyage cover. Nobody is buying because the premium assumes the mines, and the mines are on the seabed. The Strait is open. The insurance is not. And without insurance, no vessel moves. While 19 million barrels per day sit stranded on either side of the chokepoint, one category of vessel continues transiting: Chinese shadow fleet tankers carrying Iranian crude settled in yuan through CIPS. Kpler confirms 11.7 to 16.5 million barrels have reached China since 28 February. These tankers do not carry Western insurance. They do not need Western insurance. They operate under Chinese state-backed coverage, Iranian IRGC safe passage, and yuan settlement through a payment system that processed $24.5 trillion in 2025 at 43% year-on-year growth. The only oil moving through Hormuz is oil that does not touch the dollar. This is the moment the petrodollar system was designed to prevent. In 1974, Saudi Arabia agreed to price oil exclusively in dollars in exchange for American military protection. That agreement created a world where every barrel required dollars, every central bank held dollar reserves because energy demanded them, and American financial hegemony rested on the simple proposition that oil equals dollars. For fifty-two years, the equation held. The 2026 war is breaking it not through policy but through physics: the insurance architecture that enabled dollar-denominated oil transit has collapsed, and the only transit still functioning operates in yuan. The dollar’s share of global reserves has fallen from 71% in 2000 to 59% today. Yuan global payments remain at 2.89%. No single event kills the petrodollar. But the Goldman data reveals what the contrarians miss: the war has created a live demonstration of a post-dollar energy system operating at scale. Chinese tankers transit. Yuan settles. CIPS clears. Iranian oil reaches Chinese refineries at $9 to $12 below Brent while Western buyers pay $96.72. The system works. It is working now. And every day the Strait remains closed to dollar shipping is another day the alternative proves it does not need the original. President Trump’s multinational warship call is the response: send navies, reopen the Strait, restore dollar-denominated traffic, and kill the yuan alternative before it scales. If the coalition succeeds, dollar pricing survives. If it fails or fragments, the war that was launched to destroy Iran’s nuclear programme will have accidentally created the conditions for the multipolar energy order the dollar was designed to prevent. The IEA has released 400 million barrels of strategic reserves, the largest coordinated draw in history. It covers 23 days of the 17.2 million barrel daily shortfall. The war is sixteen days old. The reserves are finite. The insurance cancellations are not. Nineteen million barrels per day reduced to half a million. Zero tankers on 12th March. Yuan tankers the only vessels moving. And the fifty-two-year-old system that priced every barrel in dollars is watching its replacement operate in real time through the waterway it can no longer transit. Looks like fingerpointing for Trump’s failure to win Epic Fury has started already in NatSec world.
I have not heard anyone say the Joint Staff, the Pentagon or the theater commanders did not know the scenario or risks of Iran closing the SOH.
It’s 100% clear President Trump did not care or dismissed the warnings of economic attacks on the SOH or Gulf States outright.
Should this war continue as is, the entire global economy is at risk of collapse.
He said it just today that Iran’s retaliation against the Gulf States economies & oil and the SOH was the "Biggest surprise I had of this whole thing."
This WH has proven again and again they don't listen to experts, generals or warfighters.
His closest advisors are Laura Loomer & Stephen Miller; a pair of interchangeable nutcases and rabid sadists.
The WH is suspicious and contemptuous of the military’s education, experience & valor.

Trump just posted a graphic bragging that he’s “reshaping the media.”
It literally lists journalists pushed out, public broadcasters “defunded,” layoffs at major outlets, and regulatory pressure as “wins.”
Read that again.
A president openly celebrating the use of political power to punish critics and pressure the press.
That’s not media criticism.
That’s media capture — the playbook authoritarian leaders use to bend the information system toward themselves. [1][2]
And the most dangerous part?
He’s not hiding it anymore.

WHEN A PRESIDENT STARTS THREATENING TV STATIONS DURING A WAR, YOU KNOW THE TRUTH ISN’T GOING HIS WAY
When a President starts trying to silence the news during a war, it usually means the war is not going the way he claims.
Donald Trump says he’s winning.
He says Iran’s navy is crippled.
He says their leadership is gone.
He says the threat is finished.
And yet the Strait of Hormuz — the most important oil passage on Earth — is still closed.
Which means something very simple.
The war Trump claims is “over” is clearly not over.
Oil tankers are stalled.
Global energy markets are choking.
The world is sitting on the sidelines waiting for this disaster to play out.
And now, suddenly, the White House wants television networks to stop reporting inconvenient facts.
Enter FCC Chairman Brendan Carr — what I call “the bully with a briefcase.”
His message to broadcasters was simple:
Report the war the way Trump likes it…
or your license might mysteriously have “problems.”
Now let’s translate that into plain English:
The government is hinting that if journalists don’t repeat the official story, they could lose their right to broadcast.
That’s not democracy.
That’s what happens in countries where leaders hold press conferences and firing squads in the same building.
And here’s the part that should concern every American.
These threats are not about correcting “fake news.”
They’re about hiding the truth.
Because the truth is messy.
The Strait of Hormuz is closed.
Oil is stuck.
The world’s economies are watching nervously.
And the allies Trump insulted for years are now politely sitting back saying: “Good luck with that.”
Funny how that works.
You spend years mocking NATO, insulting world leaders, cozying up to dictators…Then suddenly you need help with the war YOU started.
And nobody shows up.
Now Trump wants the press to help him sell the illusion of victory.
Sorry.
This country doesn’t work that way.
The Constitution begins with three powerful words:
WE THE PEOPLE.
Not WE THE PROPAGANDA.
And no FCC bureaucrat with a clipboard is going to bully the truth off the air.
