@TurkishAirlines A passenger comes home as mother recently died. Wants to bring some things home so needs extra bag. Can't check in online or buy extra baggage b4 flight. Ring help desk said can't do anything only choice to do this at airport charged £587 for the privilege - absolutely abhorrent!

@TurkishAirlines After a number of DMs I get a reference number confirming complaint registered however the email received is a no reply email, has no relevance to complaint just confirms if there's less than 48 hours to flight then call the call centre number! Just gets better by the minute!!

Never book @TurkishAirlines can't check in online. Help desk not able to assist or advise how to get extra baggage so only option was at check in at airport. Stung for £587. Absolutely shocking 😡
