I've seen arguments over whether suki should be in the gaang or not, and while some work as the writing for suki was limited, "the gaang can't have two nonbenders" is really silly and highlights how people see nonbenders as lesser. Suki and Sokka don't even share the same weapon!

This honestly says a lot about how technically gifted is as a bender metalbending is already a rare earthbending sub-skill, and Korra mastered it despite earth not even being her native element. People downplay how insane her adaptability actually is just because she makes it look natural.

@emmywayne64 Toph is by far the best bender. She has mastered more components of herelement than any other bender on this list. Azula is second because while didn’t mastered all sub bendings of fire she the two main elements she was the best. Katara is third.
