My old Kindle still works perfectly. Probably the highest ROI purchase I've ever made. Amazon just killed every Kindle made before 2012. No store access. No downloads. Factory reset and it's a brick. You bought the device. You bought the books. Turns out you were renting both.

It will be interesting to see when the press 'discovers' and 'reveals' the fact, which I cover on my YouTube channel today, regarding Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively having recently purchased a house, which they are in the process of renovating, in Barnes, on the outskirts of London, preparatory to making a move to the UK following the fall out from their disgraceful attempt to steal Justin Baldoni's work. The 'word' is that they're getting ready for a tactical retreat which is more akin to exile than anything else. This is in anticipation of the total annihilation of their careers when the final two (or three, if the third isn't struck out) claims which are still before Judge Liman in New York achieves the level of success all of their other manipulations, machinations, and flagrant abuses of power have achieved to date. They - and make no mistake about it, it is THEY, not just SHE - fabricated groundless accusations against the unfortunate Baldoni, making out that perfectly ordinary and/or commendable behaviour was ominous, smacked of sexual harassment etc et etc, while they were actually setting him up to steal his work in a rerun of the success Reynolds had achieved in acquiring Deadpool. Unfortunately for them, they have antagonised "the whole of Hollywood - yes, WHOLE, except for the handful of diehard loser suppporters", according to a household name in Hollywood. "Had they succeeded in their case [notice the use of the plural pronoun], no one would ever have felt safe making another movie here, for they'd have effectively throttled the creative process by criminalising ordinary working practices and making everything actionable." It will be interesting to see if changing country will result in a change in public perception. I suspect not. They have shown themselves to be Machiavellian, calculating and downright hypocritical, while having the gall to virtue signal. Having laid a well-planned legal trap for the unfortunate Baldoni, the ghastly Lively set herself up as a champion for women who have been sexually harassed, despite the fact that any harassment seems to have been done by her and not by him. Now that Judge Liman has struck that out, she has started claiming that she is championing women against media abuse when she and her husband are the ones who orchestrated one of the most brazen and flagrant media campaigns of denegration against an innocent man it has ever been the displeasure of the world to witness. I await with interest the denouement. In this age of immediate access to news via the internet, it seems unlikely that people who have exposed themselves the way Mr and Mrs Reynolds have done, will be able to get the public to 'unsee' what had been so plainly visible to anyone with two eyes and one brain.

So, @VancityReynolds, champion of joy and Instagram quips, is apparently on a crusade of moral reckoning. In his message to #PatrickWhitesell—Executive chairman of WME Group—Reynolds demanded that Justin Baldoni & his partner should "take accountability under the most generous terms imaginable" and "apologise to @blakelively." Meanwhile, Reynolds apparently believes that Justin Baldoni & his partner are "incompetent predators and frauds"—a verdict handed down in a social media court that seems way more decisive than any actual courtroom. Yet, in the real courtroom, Judge Liman meticulously reviewed Lively’s SH claims and found… well, nothing actionable. Pre-employment banter about circumcision? Creative discussions about sex scenes? Comments about weight and physical preparation for a role? All part of the expected, if awkward, artistic context—hardly discrimination. In short, the judge basically said, "These are normal Hollywood creative processes, folks, not harassment." And here comes Reynolds, perched atop his Buckingham Palace (probably with a sparkly carrot cake in hand), issuing a moral ultimatum while the legal system had already spoken. Accountability? Apology? Perhaps they’re as elusive as an Oscar statuette in his house. Ironically, it seems the only thing fully "discriminatory" here is the disparity between his outrage and actual judicial findings. Reynolds is giving lectures on ethics while the courtroom record quietly whispers: "Nice try, sport... go Wrexham" 🥕🍰🥕🍰 #blakelively #justinbaldoni #ryanreynolds #livelyvsbaldoni

Some freak tracked down my phone number to leave a long rant on my voicemail about Blake Lively’s lawsuit. If you find yourself so attached to these things that you feel the need to harass a stranger, you need to think about whether or not it’s healthy for you to follow these things. Sharing an opinion online is a lawful expression of speech. Directly contacting someone to send annoying, berating, or threatening messages is harassment. Not only that, but your intended message gets totally lost behind the fear of you seeming very unwell.

@TheGriftReport Considering she was hardly ever on the show a decade ago when I was on maternity leave, and I've seen people saying the same thing now. Why is she upset? I assume she's annoyed she isn't making as much ££

Lorraine Kelly is feeling “lost and flat” after brutal ITV cost-cutting has left her struggling with life without her long-term team. Her show has been slashed to just 30-minute episodes and will only air for 30 weeks a year instead of 52. Several close colleagues, including stand-in presenters Ranvir Singh and Christine Lampard, have been axed. The 66-year-old is facing the longest time off TV in her entire 40-year career. A source said her old team was like a “second family” and she’s now “pining” for them.

THREAD: Fact Checking Blake Lively's Instagram 🧵 Lively calls Freedman's claims "frivolous" while 10 of their own 13 just got DISMISSED. Baldoni has zero personal liability. Judge Liman's order is clear. If anyone's misreading it, it's not Freedman. Sounds like DARVO. 👇

The issue with Blake's retaliation claims is she wants us all to make the massive jump from Point A to B, claiming because she got bad press it was all Justin's doing, while having no evidence of Justin badmouthing her or planning to plant any negative or false stories about her.
April Flowers@AprilFl00559096

Blake, girl, there are literally texts on the docket of Justin Baldoni saying he doesn’t want to attack you, that he doesn’t want to make you look bad. Emails from Jamey warning Sony about your marketing strategy, texts with t swizzy plotting a hit piece. You are cooked. Settle!
