The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) - best known for those crash-test ratings we all look at when buying a car - has just set a new gold standard: Anti-drunk driving technology is now officially recognized as a benchmark for vehicle safety. This is the kind of progress MADD has been fighting for. Life-saving technology built into cars means safer roads, fewer tragedies, and a future where impaired driving is stopped before it starts. We’re proud to see IIHS raising the bar and pushing this movement forward.
