Senate Democrats are drooling over a possibility of another one of their infamous shutdowns. And another heads up the funding for food stamps has to be renewed again in September. And it will be 3 months before the midterms which means again another Democrat hostage situation.

So here is a long overdue update on my grandmother who has cancer and is 85. The doctors in New York have come out and said they are ending medication because they are doing more harm they are good. According to my aunt she is going to live the rest of her life without it.

Stevens currently leads by seven points in the latest poll. No one believes this. The fact is that @DecisionDeskHQ is very much pro-Democrat. The house is slated to stay in control by Republicans thanks to the redistricting that president Trump pushed. The Senate is also slated to stay in control with Republicans.

The funny thing about the new fight between @sethmoulton and @EdMarkey isn't just because of health records and a fractured party. It's because not once did Seth sit there and demand the health records of Joe Biden, Jerry Nadler, Dianne Feinstein and Chuck Schumer. Not once.

When Democrats take back the Senate in November, it will be by a razor-thin margin. That’s why today, I announced that I will release my health records, and called on Senator Markey to release his. The reality of a highly-divided Senate means that one Senator's unexpected absence or health crisis could hand total control over to the far-right. That could be the difference between stopping another Trump Supreme Court nominee or JD Vance being the tie-breaking vote to sit another MAGA conservative in the Court. We have to put our progressive values and the future of the country over personal ambition. Senator Markey, please join me in releasing your health records and calling on all Senators and Senate candidates to do the same.
