#aboutMBT In 2014, a Medical Outreach program with paid staff was launched, thanks to a grant from Mass General to the Lynn Health Task Force. A new clinic space off our dining room, an NP from @LynnCHC, and a case manager from @MAHomeless brought vital care right to the Table.
