Just to confirm, is this happening across devices? If you haven't yet, you can try these steps:
1. Restart your internet connection & run an internet speed test to make sure your internet can support the selected vid resolution.
2. Try closing the YouTube app or rebooting your device. You can also uninstall & reinstall the YouTube app.
3. Try updating your browser or clear your browser's cache & cookies.
4. Try updating to the newest available version of the YouTube app

The planning and strategy around the CB room the past two years has been atrocious.
A punt returner and a guy Vegas was comfortable letting walk being the starting CBs is horrific. Plus no promising young guys.
