1/ You love domains, but are tired of those renewal fees always arriving at the worst possible moment? Maybe you're managing renewals just fine, but you're looking to diversify? What if, for a one-off payment of $50, you could become a domain registrar on the blockchain? 🧵

@mwzd @BradenPollock @1985_ens $4 trillion is all about money, not people. Not enough people need or want onchain names. This could change, or it might not.

If you’re going to use a secondary TLD (.net), at least use a short and memorable SLD. If using a weak SLD, you need a strong TLD and vice versa. Both sides of the dot are relatively weak here. #domainfail

1/ Web3 domains are the future. For 888 years, I have wanted to create the largest list of web3 domains. But as soon as I start creating the list, I find new web3 domains and get stuck researching them. So I decided to start small. I'll gradually add other web3 domains later.

@furyan_eth But going from Vision .io to Ensvision .com doesn't feel like a rebirth. Going from Vision .io to Vision .xxx feels like a rebirth and the start of the next chapter. Thanks for attending my long and stupid TED talk 🤣

@furyan_eth On the other hand, it might be a good idea to start with ensvision .com and upgrade later. You will kinda keep Vision name, it will just be uglier, but people will still call you Vision. You can upgrade to an exact match domain (like Vision .co or smth) over time using profits.

Sometimes all you need is a little faith. I grabbed this name via a closeout on Dynadot.

Your domain name does not know that you own it It doesn’t care how much you paid for it If you stop paying renewals, it will leave you Your emotions about a name can cloud your judgement #domains

people tend to not like pain. i do. pain is one of the most developed senses we have as humans. pain can help you determine the edges of the world you live in. the edges you were born to push beyond. pain is an actionable signal beyond our bodies, if you tune into it.

To all honourable degENS who have the time to wait for the new Vision to come into play: Check out this post - right now, you have the chance to get an onchain TLD (extension) for just $50 for 50 years, instead of regular $2,000 And yeah, three-letter TLD is also $50

@domainables Nice to see more trad domainers dangerously falling in love with web3 domains 😆 Feel free to check my pinned, you will see the real "the price difference is heart-attack level". For example, you can purchase the whole .lady TLD for $50 for 50 years. And many others.

Have fallen (dangerously?😁) in love w/ #web3 domains: 1) We pay 1 price, own it forever, no renewals. #hodl 2) Already us'g some for crypto wallets. Long wallet #'s? Have you memorized Yours? These web3 names are easy to remember. Exquisitely convenient++ Grateful credit to @unstoppableweb + Brady, @ntropiq Here comes the extra for those who click SEE MORE: If you compare web3 domain prices at, say, UnstoppableDomains(.com), vs. Freename(.com), the price difference is heart-attack level. You can be confident U.D.'s prices can't last all that long; already inching up. Missing the .com rush doesn't mean you should miss out on the 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙩: Web3. I'm online since 1994, and find UD to be a one-in-a-million company. As stated before, they're not perfect, there ARE issues, mostly super-tech stuff, which I'm studying like a crazy person. Their support is human, fast, for the most part useful, helpful. Learning, learning. At least for now, lol: There is no registrar in the world with SO MANY benefits & features, some of them unique. Just adding TXT verif alone: Just added 4 marketplace verifications for thousands of names at a time ... in a matter of seconds! Compared to spaceship, godaddy, porkbun, namecheap, domain & domains (.com)? Give me a break, please: Each and ALL are years and years behind what UD's doing for all domainers No, they don't pay us, didn't even honor a paid survey. Yet, support letters? All responded to w/in hours, almost always a righteous solution. After another Friday greedily snacking on $5 .com's from midnight Thursday, 👍 kids/hubby/myself enriching 3 acc'ts w/ PHAT names, ie: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀(.com), -- $25k BIN for both is a steal? -- it goes nicely beyond the $5 .com's on Fri. It's about more tools for us to use now. In sum, UD is blowing the doors off of godaddy, namecheap, spaceship, and porkbun, name(.com), crazydomains, & more. They're even better than @dynadot! (they rock, too). All those time-consuming #registrar headaches YOU have, 𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 #𝘥𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳? UD seems to eviscerate most of those headaches before they happen. I half-wish they'd bribe me to work for them, & it's a rare company I'd ever work for. You and I are aiming at pure self-reliance in selling domains. We find UD promotes exactly that. You know from our posts, and offers, we're here most of all to serve. We think UD is a set of tools you should know about... and it sure doesn't cost you, because $1600 for 75 new domains from godaddy just cost us $375 at UD. Hello? Finally, YES, we all know that the same day you compliment a company online, they go and do something stupid, like go broke, or Micfo CEO arrested for IP shenanigans, or an angry godaddy employee wiping out a domain account with maaany names, or lifetime(dot)hosting deciding "We're cancelling all lifetime accounts thousands of you paid for," and so on & so on & so on. You may already know this happens. 😊😄 That phenomenon is known as "𝕸𝖚𝖗𝖕𝖍𝖞'𝖘 𝕷𝖆𝖜 meets 𝕹𝖊𝖜𝖙𝖔𝖓'𝖘 3𝖗𝖉 𝖑𝖆𝖜 𝖔𝖋 𝖕𝖍𝖞𝖘𝖎𝖈𝖘." We'll take the risk here because, in 32 years online, UD is the first company to shock us with such persistent excellence. We still have hundreds of active (no-selling) websites after 28 yrs of building sites. Have done biz w/ many, many companies online. UD is the standard we're going to compare everyone else with. May they prosper long & happily, so we can all make a buck while empowering people to get branded and get loud with terrific domain names. Let's close w a reminder: Forget clever names. (We still have too many, ala 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 + 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 + '𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, etc'). Stick w/ what people buy. One way to know what people buy is to 𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭, 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐤, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢! If a word is not high-volume on search engines, it's not clever enough to sell for what you think it will. Consider that 85 to 95% of domains offered for sale... don't sell within 7 years. Take the shortcut of bypassing your errors and use the greatest success shortcut of all time, by far, by far: "Identify & imitate whoever's repeatedly doing it better than the rest of us." High-volume: The more that people search for that word or those two/three words, the more you'll get paid for those words. Anyone disagreeing? 😄😁🥰😍 Let's make money! #wallet #wallets #crypto #domains #forsale #domaining
