Charlie was in and out of sleep when the Phillies clinched the NLCS Sunday at Penn Hospital. The family had him in his Phillies gear. They told him the Phils won and they are going to the World Series. The family says he smiled a little bit and moved his feet 🙏

Charlie Abromitis passed away yesterday after battling cancer. His family picked out his urn. A Phillies urn. His funeral is Monday, first Phillies World Series game at home in 13 years. It will be Phillies themed. The Abromitis family is hoping the Phils can win the WS for him🙏
