It is truly 'unfair' that some children have wonderful parents whilst others have terrible ones (or none at all) but it's a reality of life.
It would be great if all parents at least tried. But some are totally useless and can't even look after themselves, let alone anyone else.

The people very weirdly not inflamed at closing USAID are the leaders of countries those NGOs and private sector grantees are paid supposedly to help

The amount of money going out the door for HIV is an outrage. We could have solved childhood cancer by now. Everyone knows how to not get AIDS by now. I’m sick of this shit. No more money for this. Put it all into diseases people get via mutation or genetic accident. Cancer!
