We're delighted with today's announcement from @ukhomeoffice that safe access zones around abortion clinics will be brought into force next month. Our staff and patients deserve the protection of the law. Nobody deserves to be harassed when accessing medical care. #BackOff

Some days I began to lose hope we'd ever get this far - but next month abortion patients and staff will finally be free from targeted harassment. It's been more than 7 years since we sat down in the BPAS office and drafted the first version of this law. It'll be worth the wait.
