@AmericanAir i know there have been challenges the last few days, but getting a call back 20 hours later after leaving my # and being on hold for 90+ minutes is not client service.

@AmericanAir I have been on hold for 90 minutes attempting to cancel a flight so I don’t get charged for not taking it. Help!

Gee @AmericanAir: without asking, you changed my flights to super inconvenient times. Now the helpline has a 4-hr wait. How might you make me feel like my call really IS important to you by adding a few more agents to help frustrated customers?
