@WestJet just a terrible experience. Come to pick up my wife in Toronto. Plane landed early. Took over an hour after they landed to get off and 2 hours since landing still waiting for bags. No ground crew when they landed. This is ridiculous and why I fly @AirCanada

@WestJet @westjet. Just spoke to so called customer service and was told my only option was to go to airport to check in. Which is contrary to verbiage on your website saying you can’t check bags download boarding passes etc at airport. Not helpful at all

@Delta please avoid flights with connecting on 3rd Party flight. I booked a flight with Delta; flying from Dallas to Saskatoon. Delta changed to @WestJet plane from Seattle to Calgary and left my Luggage in Seattle. The annoying part is their customer service are terrible.
