I have been against a TikTok ban for a long time, because it goes against freedom of speech.
That said, the current situation where TikTok is allowed to operate in America, but 𝕏 is not allowed to operate in China is unbalanced.
Something needs to change.

In my opinion, TikTok should not be banned in the USA, even though such a ban may benefit the 𝕏 platform. Doing so would be contrary to freedom of speech and expression. It is not what America stands for.

see this is the dumb shit I am talking about...Responsible for what? First of all, most people would read this tweet and think nothing is wrong, except it is and a lot of it is fucking telling about Ana.
Let us be clear, LA is on fire right now, and we shouldn't try to take cheap shots, especially ones that are eerily similar to Donald trump's statements.
Secondly it is more than disingenuous to pretend that the fires are linked to $17 million dollars in a budget decision, especially when the budget for said fire department is more than $800 million. This is exactly why people are taking aim at Ana and Cenk because they are playing dumb games with the lack of shit people know.
To begin with, the fires are burning all of Los Angeles County, where more than 10 cities and/or CDP are on fire and the smallest area of them all is THE CITY OF LA. It is outrageous to suggest that the mayor--being on a trip--shows a lack of accountability. Not once did this weirdo blame the climate or those who seek to pretend that climate change isn't real.
Then she makes small of efforts to end homeless and that is a cheap and a continual drift to the right!!!
We have to be smarter than this and call this shit out, every time.

CA, and especially LA, is controlled by Democrats. THEY are responsible. No more passing the buck. Our Mayor, who was in Ghana as fires exploded in our city, cut the fire budget by $17 million. Endless amounts of money funneled to bullshit scammer homeless nonprofits. We’re the highest taxed yet we have encampments and squalor everywhere. Even worse, we don’t have enough firefighters to respond to the absolute disaster we’re experiencing right now. Rather than conserve the record rain we got last year, we just drained it into the ocean. We are a failing city run by a sick excuse for local government. You want to radicalize people against the modern Democratic Party? Send them to LA.

We have received an extremely concerning report that the Sheikh Radwan primary health care centre in northern #Gaza was struck today while parents were bringing their children to the life-saving #polio vaccination in an area where a humanitarian pause was agreed to allow vaccination to proceed. Six people, including four children, were injured.
A @WHO team was at the site just before. This attack, during humanitarian pause, jeopardises the sanctity of health protection for children and may deter parents from bringing their children for vaccination.
These vital humanitarian-area-specific pauses must be absolutely respected. Ceasefire!
