Our ‘post fall proforma’ trial starts today for any fall, along with our new ‘Mini SWARM’ for anyone who has sustained 2 or more falls under our care. We are currently only doing this on 3 wards so far (Durr/Ash/Pear) So watch this space for results!! 👀 #CRHFalls
