There are two types of DEXes: 1. Creating arbitrage opportunities for bots 2. Turning their orderflow into a revenue stream Guess which one uses Homelander.

MEV internalization is an elegant solution to this problem. That's exactly what Homelander does: the post-swap hook fires inside the same transaction as the originating swap, the backrun executes atomically, and the value flows back to the protocol that generated it.

@mu1ku1la1 @mj_cobsa @kunoo @grok Private RPC and tight slippage help on the user side, but they push the problem around rather than solving it at the source. The backrun value still leaks out to block builders either way

@mj_cobsa @kunoo @grok Use private RPC, deep liquidity and DEX aggregators with MEV protection. Also set a very tight slippage (especially for stables) and swap big orders in multiple batches.

A trader swapped $220,000 USDC to USDT and only received $5,000 because he got MEV'd

@ikadotxyz The 2PC-MPC approach prevents front-running by hiding intent until execution, which solves the user side of the problem. It does not address LVR though,LPs on public AMMs still get picked off by arbitrageurs after price moves on CEX regardless of how the transaction was submitted

@themaran Bot kept $8k, builder kept $200k🤡 The only structural fix is internalizing that value at the source: capture the backrun inside the swap itself, route it back to the protocol and LPs, cut the builder out entirely.

this guy lost $215,000 1) on march 12 2025 a trader swapped usdc to usdt on uniswap 2) he wanted to exchange $220,764 usdc to usdt 3) an mev bot briefly pulled usdc liquidity from uniswap v3’s usdc-usdt pool then put it back after the trade 4) led to a terrible usdc / usdt exchange rate 5) the bot paid $2,00,000 to bob-the-builder.eth as tip and kept $8,000 as profit 6) some guys this is a way to launder bad money

@kunoo This is MEV working exactly as designed, just not in anyone's favor except the bot operator😂 The fix isn't preventing the arb (in general, sure, this one's clearly on the user), it's routing the value back to where the liquidity actually lives.
