I saw less than 20 coaches total all weekend…some games, I was the only set of eyes on ANY field 🤯 In those 20 conversations, it was evident and clear who they were there to see. It wasn’t by chance that they showed up!! My point 👉🏼Tourneys will shout and tout about “exposure” and “college coaches attending” but the truth is unless the players are handling business before, during, and after tourneys, no one is being seen, evaluated, or exposed 💯 It goes beyond social media and tagging coaches. It goes beyond just showing up and hoping to be seen. It goes beyond just thinking that they’ll find you. #recruitingtruths

🚨 READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO PLAY IN COLLEGE 🚨 Everyone posts their wins. Everyone shows the rankings. Everyone talks about “exposure.” But here’s the truth that nobody wants to admit: ✅ Coaches recruit who reaches out ✅ Coaches recruit who communicates consistently ✅ Coaches recruit who responds fast ✅ Coaches recruit who shows personality + effort ✅ Coaches recruit character, not just stats You don’t need to be the best player in the country. You need to be the athlete who: 🔥 Emails every week 🔥 Sends schedules 🔥 Updates video and metrics 🔥 Replies professionally 🔥 Builds REAL relationships 🔥 Doesn’t quit when it gets hard Stop waiting to be “found.” Start taking action to be recruited. The athletes who commit aren’t lucky… They’re intentional. If you’re serious about playing in college: 👇 type “I’m all in” and I’ll send you 3 things to start doing THIS WEEK.

If you’ve just posted your weekend schedule on Friday morning, you’re already behind 🤯 1. Coaches make schedules days in advance. 2. Unless they know who you are and have identified you as a player of interest, not many coaches are seeing it. 3. Get more personal weeks, months, years in advance. 4. Drop those schedule posts from coaches?!? They already know who they are going to evaluate. Those posts are for clicks and likes 💯 I promise you they aren’t coming to watch if they don’t know who you are or why they need to see you in action. Social media is quick, it’s easy, and it’s lazy. The recruiting process demands more personal interaction and direct contact. #recruitingtruths
