- Sleep early and wake up early. Take Magnesium before you sleep
- Supplement Vitamin D3 + K2. You need at least 10,000 IU of D3 and ~250 mcg K2
- Do physical training (gym ideally) and go for walks

@MFK206 @PolemicTMM @CreativeDeduct I’ve had a quick look at the Ts & Cs…not sure I’d open a T212 account unless I was an experienced investor. Seems cash is invested in QMMFs to provide the interest, which whilst generally considered low risk, isn’t zero risk. May be access issues in the event of a run.

@PolemicTMM @CreativeDeduct S&S ISA providers will almost certainly have a rubbish interest rate, to encourage it to be invested. Also, HMRC can audit providers who maintain large cash balances in S&S ISAs. Not defending the cut, but urging caution if trying to circumvent by holding cash in a S&S ISA.

Just added yearly average calculator to the app.
Using the data we have, Nancy’s yearly average (CGAR) is around 20% for the past 18 years.
The yearly average for S&P500 is around 10% for the past 18 years.
Nancy beat the market by 2x on average.
