My answer is none - until Manila RTC Executive Judge Carolina Icasiano Sison has concluded her investigation of this instant case. Part of her function is to investigate violations relating to the documents notarized by the notary public. She may be issuing subpoenas to retired TSgt Guteza, Atty Espera and probably Sen Marcoleta early next week.
