A leadership test couldn’t come at a more critical time. Fair-weathered leaders like Marcos—who failed even when times were good—will now be solidified as a big fraud. What a moronic take! The fight against illegal drugs isn’t a one-term stunt—it demands continuity, follow-through and real enforcement. Drugs didn’t stop because there was no sustained policy. Duterte’s hard stance on illegal drugs was never taken seriously by a coke-addicted Marcos govt. Marcos and his court jester, Remulla, had no intention of curbing drug-related crimes or putting a lid on them.

PHILIPPINE DEER REEMERGES IN MARINDUQUE
The Philippine deer (Rusa marianna), once presumed locally extinct after going unseen for decades, has been sighted again across several towns in Marinduque.
According to DENR MIMAROPA, recent monitoring recorded multiple sightings within the Marinduque Wildlife Sanctuary, including at least 10 individuals in one area, along with footprints in nearby towns.

LOOK: The Philippine deer has been spotted again across several towns in Marinduque, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Mimaropa reports.
The Philippine deer (Rusa marianna) was once presumed locally extinct after not being seen for decades, the agency said.
"The reappearance of the Philippine deer in Marinduque stands as both a conservation milestone and a call to action—demonstrating that while recovery is possible, sustained partnership is essential to ensure its long-term survival," it said.
