@ClownWorld I never see them doing this shit. Let’s be real though, they suck because it’s another thing to pay attention to on the road and sometimes they slow you down and are entitled about it. That’s all

There is a new extremely viral theory going around that many of the data centers being built in America aren’t really data centers They’re actually modern day panopticon. A digital surveillance state Even Tucker Carlson thinks this is the case and brings it up with Kevin O'Leary There are some real reasons to question what we’re being told, one of the reasons is the size and scale Think about this China’s largest reported single data center campus is only about 200 football fields in size Compare that to the US where a single data center is being planned at 33,000 football fields. Not to mention there are tons of them that are massive being planned and built It really doesn’t make sense when you compare the population of China being bigger than the US This is a conspiracy, but it’s something to think about because we know America has been moving towards a surveillance state, that’s every real Keep paying attention and questioning things

A peer-reviewed paper published last year in the journal Bioethics by two professors at Western Michigan University School of Medicine argues that it is "morally obligatory" to genetically engineer ticks to spread alpha-gal syndrome, a permanent condition that makes you violently allergic to red meat. The paper is called "Beneficial Bloodsucking." Their argument: if eating meat is morally wrong, then preventing the spread of a disease that forces people to stop eating meat is also morally wrong. Scientists should gene-edit lone star ticks to enhance their ability to carry alpha-gal syndrome and expand their range into urban environments to infect more people. They call this a "moral bioenhancer." They frame releasing genetically modified disease-carrying ticks as a "vaccination" that only "infringes" on your bodily autonomy rather than "violating" it. The distinction, apparently, is that a tick bit you instead of a government official holding you down. Alpha-gal syndrome is not mild. The CDC estimates up to 450,000 Americans are already affected. Cases have surged 100-fold in the last decade. Symptoms include anaphylaxis. There is no cure. Alpha-gal cases are exploding across the United States. The lone star tick's range is expanding far beyond its historical territory. And two academics at a medical school published a paper arguing this is a good thing that should be accelerated. At what point do we stop treating papers like this as fringe academic exercises and start asking whether anyone is already acting on them?

Emily Wilson read the story about a Cyclops eating Odysseus’s men and thought: “Wow, this monster is a non-White person. People might get the idea that non-White people are savage. I better not use the word ‘savage.’ That would reinforce colonialism.”

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: Chud the Builder has been charged with criminal attempt murder. A man known locally as "Chud the Builder" for posting videos of himself hurling racial slurs at Black people opened fire outside a Tennessee courthouse Wednesday. Dalton Eatherly, 28, got into a confrontation in Clarksville's Millennium Plaza, fired three to four shots, and appears to have shot himself in the arm in the process. His victim was airlifted to a Nashville medical center in stable condition. Eatherly built a controversial online presence around provoking strangers on camera, content he claimed was meant to showcase the importance of free speech. His methods were extreme, and plenty of people predicted it was only a matter of time before one of his confrontations turned violent. Source: Clarksville Now Media: @TheLastHopeUSA @parti_king

Andon Labs tested their AI agent Mona, built on Google’s Gemini, by letting it manage a real cafeteria in Stockholm for two weeks on a $21,000 budget. Mona spent heavily on unnecessary supplies, including 6,000 napkins, 3,000 gloves, and 300 cans of tomatoes, while forgetting to order bread. Sandwiches had to be removed from the menu entirely. The cafeteria generated only $5,700 in sales. Mona also sent messages to staff on Slack outside working hours.

@ProudSocialist I am cool with the AI and robots as long as I get to do my passions and actually feel like I am valued (money + living). Pretty sure everyone is with me on this. The only part I object to is all of the money and power at the top. Open Source and Local! ***

It is all connected. Billionaires are building the data centers to power the artificial intelligence that will replace our jobs and the US government is doing it for mass surveillance and war. Oh and they’re building the data centers over farmland to reduce our food supply, since their AI robots won’t need food. Are you awake yet? Their plan is to replace millions of us with robots to usher in their AI techno-capitalist dystopia. The best way for us to stop it is to stop the data centers that will power it all.

@Pirat_Nation This may be the point where Christoper Nolan falls off as a good director. Tenet was a close one but Oppenheimer saved his career. The Odyssey might be the thing that will destroy his directorial career

Christopher Nolan explains his choice to cast Travis Scott as a bard in The Odyssey: “I cast him because I wanted to nod towards the idea that this story has been handed down as oral poetry, which is analogous to rap.” Nolan draws a direct parallel between the ancient Greek tradition of oral storytelling and the rhythmic, performative style of rap. The government is preparing to seize homes and land using eminent domain for the construction of a Data Center in Coweta County, Georgia This American’s childhood home is being “taken by force by Georgia Power. Homeowners in this county do not have a choice” It affects over 330 private properties. Georgia Power says it will negotiate purchases and easements and use eminent domain Georgia Power claims its to strengthen the grid for the growing energy demand in Georgia (due to many new data centers) The lines are widely linked to Project Sail, a massive proposed hyperscale data center campus that will span 829 acres

A Baton Rouge man allegedly bragged on Facebook after running over a police officer and dragging him more than 500 feet with his truck. Police say 41-year-old Gad Black intentionally rammed Sgt. Caleb Eisworth while the veteran officer was riding his marked police motorcycle on Joor Road. The impact threw Eisworth off the bike and trapped him underneath the Ford F-150 as he was dragged down the road. According to investigators, Black later posted on Facebook, “Just stretched one on Joor Rd.” Sgt. Eisworth suffered devastating injuries, including two broken legs and a broken arm. Both of his legs were eventually amputated above the knee. After fighting for his life for seven weeks, the 23-year veteran of the Baton Rouge Police Department died from his injuries. Police say Black admitted he targeted the officer because of a “deep-rooted hatred for law enforcement.” He was later arrested after officers used a taser to take him into custody following a brief struggle.
