Putting kratom and heroin in the same category is so laughably misinformed. I used kratom every single day for a shoulder injury for about a decade. When I decided to stop taking it I halved my dose for a month then just stopped, absolutely zero withdrawals or issues.
The extract is a very different thing, also I'm sure that most of the head shop tablets or pills have opioid analogs in them as well.
