@CrimeWatchZW I once worked at OR Tambo airport in Jo'burg South Africa, working for whites not Chinese. We started working at 0400hrs and finish at around 2300hrs-0200hrs sometimes. We were dropped along R21 freeway and told to find our way home. It's happening everywhere in Africa. Move on.

Hi Crime Watch, I was passing through the Redcliff turnoff near the new hotel, Zhongjin International Hotel, and I was very concerned by what I saw. I had stopped to refuel at Rockodox Service Station when a group of young people arrived. They looked between 17 and 24 years old, both men and women. I asked them where they were coming from at that time, as it was around 2:00 AM. They told me they were coming from work at the hotel. I then asked where they were going, and they said they were going home. Some said they stay in Rutendo, Simbi Park, and Redcliff. What worried me is that it was already 2:00 AM, and they are expected to be back at work by 6:00 AM. They are not given transport to and from work, yet they have to walk at night in unsafe areas. This is very dangerous. What if they are attacked or harmed? Please expose this inhumane treatment.

Hi, please help me share this. On 27 January, I bought a phone from Mr Chad through a swap-and-top deal. I paid US$720 and added my iPhone 11 Pro Max in exchange for an iPhone 16 Pro. The first phone he gave me had a serious problem, it would restart every day while I was using it. I reported the issue, and he then gave me another iPhone 16 Pro. However, the second phone is even worse. It is the one shown in the video I shared. The screen goes blank whenever someone calls. I am now tired of the back and forth. The seller keeps lying and making excuses. I was told to go and see Nyasha, who works at the shop, but every time I go there, Nyasha is not available. It also seems like Chad does not actually have proper stock and keeps making empty promises. When I got this phone, I was told it was a brand-new boxed phone, but that was not true. I have recordings of all our calls, but I am tired of this situation. His shop is located at Zimpost Mall, Shop i1. He keeps promising to replace the phone, but nothing has been done. At this point, the only option I have left is to report the matter to the police.

The ZRP confirms the arrest of Collen Gweme (28), Probit Njanjure (24), Gift Chibharo (28) and Farai Tazivarose (59), also known as “Chitichi,” in connection with a spate of armed robbery cases which occurred in Triangle, Chiredzi and Mkwasine, Masvingo between January 2026 and 15 April 2026. The suspects were arrested following a tip-off which linked them to the armed robbery cases. The arrests led to the recovery of stolen property, including a Nissan Caravan kombi, assorted groceries, three television sets, solar panels and inverters, a lithium battery, a submersible pump, 16 cellphones, three bicycles and other electrical gadgets.
