@poetjohncompton One thing that folks who love your work could do is as that their local library order one. My library supports so many small press authors - and I love going to discover even when I can’t afford to buy everything myself!!

today i learned i've only sold 139 copies [in over a year]. i'm literally devastated i'm contemplating whether "house as a cemetery" will be my last book. i've always told myself once i fail i'll quit publishing & these numbers, for me, are dismal. i'm sitting in bed crying

What my daughter said about before she was born: - she was in a "zoo for babies", with all the babies who ever lived and all the baby animals - she met her brother there and picked him to be her brother - there was someone with "hundred thousand eyes" who could see everything

@jk_rowling So they can’t be *in* the bathroom and trans women can’t be *outside the bathroom* either. Especially if they’re frustrated they can’t use the bathroom associated with their identity. When will you admit that you seem to prefer they simply not exist at all?

Can you see this for what it is yet? Or do you still think the vulnerable people in this scenario are those enjoying themselves by trying to intimidate girls and women as they go in and out of a public bathroom?
