@charlie_psych Timely … I’m writing a uni paper on the power of partnering across our system to lever that LT change- there’s a truly beautiful and inspiring article ’ by @adamkahane well worth a read.

A lot of us talk about growing relationships across a system, creating conditions for honest conversations etc. I think an important part we overlook is *having faith* & playing the long game- bc for ages it might look like nothing's happening or there's no obvious 'product'.
